Job Description

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop solutions.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for optimization.

Develop and maintain databases and data systems for efficient data storage and retrieval.

Perform exploratory data analysis and generate ad hoc reports as needed.

Stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in data analytics.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).

Strong knowledge of SQL for querying databases.

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.

Understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex findings in an understandable manner.

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
