Marketing Manager

Role :- Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who would develop and oversee marketing

campaigns to promote products and services. Candidate to have creative skills to develop

eye-catching and attention-grabbing content.

Relevant Experience:

6-8 years digital marketing & social media experience

Skills:

• Well-versed with marketing communication CRMs (email, Whatsapp, etc.)
• High levels of passion and ownership
• Must be highly analytical, with a sound grasp of SEO optimization strategies
• Inter-departmental coordination
• Possessing superior presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website

analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including

our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

• Developing and monitoring campaign budgets
• Planning and managing our social media platforms
• Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance
• Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
• Identifying the latest trends and technologies in the proptech and real estate industry
• Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, target audience, etc.
• Working with management to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
• Overseeing and managing all campaigns and other digital projects

City: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Experience: Relevant 6-8 years working with Real Estate Developer, Proptech, IPC or

Property mandate firms directly or as a agency
