Job Description
- Assist the Project In-charge in the aspects of Project Planning, Scheduling and Resource planning.
- Monitoring, Planning and scheduling of time bound project with activity breakups.
- Monitoring and tracking of requisition to delivery of materials.
- To prepare construction schedules and to monitor and track progress of work.
- Assisting in Quantity Estimation, Preparation of Budgets and schedules in Primavera.
- To coordinate review meetings with management, consultants, vendors and contractors.
- Preparing MIS Reports related to projects.
- Ensuring follow up on drawings, designs, tenders and material procurement
- Should have project experience in High Rise buildings
