As a DocuSign CLM Developer at EVERSANA, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our contract management system using DocuSign CLM. Customize DocuSign CLM workflows, templates, and rules to align with the companys contract management policies and procedures.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for DocuSign CLM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Conduct testing and debugging of DocuSign CLM solutions to ensure they meet performance, security, and usability standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, sales, and operations, to gather requirements and provide technical expertise on contract management processes.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of DocuSign CLM solutions.
Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in contract management and DocuSign CLM to suggest improvements and optimizations.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
3 to 8 years of experience in DocuSign CLM development and implementation.
Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with DocuSign CLMs API and SDK.
Strong understanding of contract management processes and best practices.
Experience with system integration and data migration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
DocuSign CLM certification is a plus.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
