We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Investment Operations Executive to join our team. This role
focuses on servicing the needs of our existing and new clients. The ideal candidate will possess good

Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding: Help Investment Associate in client onboarding by completing the KYC process,
account opening on our platform, mandate activation for investment readiness for all the products i.e.
Mutual Fund, AIF and PMS.
Transactions Monitoring: Monitor financial transactions like Purchases, redemptions, switches, SWP,
SIP, Change of Broker and ensure they are executed successfully.
Non-Financial Transaction Management: Manage non-financial transaction processes to comply with
regulations e.g. Nomination update, KYC update, Bank account addition or change.
Service Queries and Escalation: Collaborate with Investment Associate to resolve client s operational
and service-related queries - Transactions, Mandates, Account Opening and escalate when required
Internal Technology Systems Management: Manage Everguard EAM system by keeping the client
portfolios and reference data up to date as per the required frequency.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all investment transactions and operational updates in
Reports: Prepare ad hoc reports on client investment data required by management
Meetings Logistics: Manage logistics for internal and external meetings
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Commerce is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years and Maximum 3 years experience financial services operations.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Mutual fund processes like KYC, Nomination
Skills:
Hands on with popular email and web-based systems
Working knowledge of MS Excel, with good data analysis skills
Good verbal and moderate written communication skills
Details oriented
Strong Listening and Collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
