Job Overview :

- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Associate Data and Analytics to join our team.

- In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and analyzing data to support our marketing and sales teams.

- You will ensure data accuracy, perform data entry and manipulation tasks, and generate insightful reports to aid decision-making processes.

- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management tools, experience in contact mining, account research, building list of relevant companies and personas and a commitment to maintaining high data integrity standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, cleanse, and organize data from various sources to support Marketing and Sales Teams.

- Execute data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in Excel and CRM systems.

- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.

- Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor data metrics and KPIs.

- Assignment and allocation of webinar registrants and own sales & marketing contact mining requests.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide timely support.

- Assist the team with pre-sales activities including account research, account mapping and building targeted company list with relevant personas.

Experience, Education, and Skillset :

- We are seeking a high-caliber individual to maintain our exceptional standards.

- Bachelor's degree in data science, business analytics, or a related field.

- Proven experience in data analysis, data operations, data management, or similar roles.

- Excellent research skills with the ability to gather and analyze data.

- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Sales Navigator, 6Sense, Lusha, and Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for data analysis and reporting.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.

- High ownership of work demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent at maintaining high communication standards with internal stakeholders and collaboration.
