Vice President - Strategy & Funding (18-25 yrs)

Qualification: CA or Engineering graduate from a reputed Institute. An MBA from a top institute is a must.

Experience: 15-25 years of Experience, out of which at least 5 years at leadership level managing a highly competitive and high performing strategy / business planning team.

Experience in large MNC's / very large Indian conglomerate working with leadership is mandatory.

Job Role:

Responsible for:

1. Development and management of overall strategy for all the group companies in India and abroad.

2. Creation of group level 5 year rolling business plans and get board approvals

3. Work with leadership of individual companies in creation of detailed business plans based on overall strategy.

4. Monitoring and enhancement of business plan on a periodic basis.

5. Market research to identify opportunities and challenges and create course corrections.

6. Interface with industry leaders and market experts

7. Creation of financial models along with CFO

8. Closely monitor start-up echo systems to identify and leverage opportunities

9. Work with financial institutions and funding agencies to generate funds for expansions and new businesses.

10. Develop and manage a high-performance team

11. Creation of analytical models for business optimization
