- IBM OpenPages Expertise: Utilize your extensive experience with IBM OpenPages to create, manage, and optimize Jira stories. Collaborate with module owners to gather and define requirements.
- ServiceNow Management: Handle ServiceNow requests and incident management activities efficiently.
- Data Analysis: Apply advanced data analysis skills, particularly using Excel, to examine historical data and import it into the system via FastMap.
- Testing and Sign-Off: Conduct thorough testing and provide sign-off on deliverables, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
- Knowledge Management: Facilitate meetings, create comprehensive documentation, and provide 1-on-1 support to global clients.
- Jira Platform Proficiency: Update and manage the lifecycle of tasks and projects on the Jira platform.
- Critical Thinking: Perform detailed system requirement impact analysis and provide insightful recommendations.
- Proven experience with IBM OpenPages as a primary platform.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow requests and incident management.
- Strong background as a business analyst, with proficiency in creating and managing Jira stories.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and system imports via FastMap.
- Excellent knowledge management skills, with the ability to create detailed documentation and facilitate meetings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to provide 1-on-1 client support.
