Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Google Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud infrastructure, driving innovation and efficiency across our operations.
- Cloud Infrastructure Design & Implementation:
- Design and deploy scalable, secure, and efficient GCP solutions.
- Develop cloud architecture frameworks and best practices.
- Set up and manage virtual machines, Kubernetes clusters, and serverless solutions.
- Cloud Administration:
- Monitor and optimize GCP resources for performance and cost.
- Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues.
- Development & Automation:
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform or Deployment Manager.
- Write scripts for process automation (e.g., Python, Shell).
- Data & Analytics:
- Manage GCP data services like BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataflow.
- Support data ingestion, transformation, and visualization pipelines.
- Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with DevOps, development, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and GCP expertise to team members.
- Stay updated on GCP offerings and recommend new services as needed.
