Human Resources and Admin Manager

Etna Hardware OPC Private Limited is a leading player in the hardware industry, known for providing high-quality hardware products and services. We are looking to hire an experienced Human Resources and Admin Manager to manage our HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations with a focus on sales HR, recruitment, and onboarding activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales HR Activities: Oversee and manage all HR-related activities for the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Talent Recruitment: Lead recruitment processes for all departments, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring the best talent.
• Campus Placement Drives: Organize and manage campus placement drives to identify and recruit young talent for the organization.
• Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees by coordinating with relevant teams and ensuring that all necessary documentation and processes are completed.
• Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management to maintain a healthy work environment. Address employee concerns and resolve any issues as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies, including maintaining employee records and processing payroll.
• Training and Development: Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs.
• Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as office management, procurement, facility maintenance, and ensuring smooth office operations.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular HR reports, track key HR metrics, and ensure accurate employee documentation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Any Degree. A background in HR management or related fields is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on sales HR, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Recruitment Skills: Proven experience in talent acquisition, including conducting campus placement drives and handling recruitment processes.
• HR Software: Familiarity with HRIS or related tools for managing employee records, payroll, and performance management.
• Sales HR: Experience working with sales teams and managing HR processes specific to sales roles.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Compliance Knowledge: Knowledge of labor laws and statutory regulations.

Desired Profile:

• Location: The candidate should be based in Hyderabad.
• Salary: 5-6 Lacs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
