Technical Business Analyst (Performance, Migration, Technical Support)

Role & responsibilities

Job Profile:

1. Performance Testing & Support:

Lead and conduct performance testing to ensure optimal system performance.

Analyze results and provide recommendations for improvements.

Resolve technical issues to ensure stability and performance standards are met.

2. Migration Strategy & Support:

Develop and implement effective migration strategies and processes.

Provide hands-on migration support, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Collaborate with all involved systems to coordinate timelines, updates, and progress.

3. Integration Testing, Third-Party Liaison, & Defect Resolution:

Actively participate in integration and system testing to validate functionality and performance.

Lead war rooms during critical phases to drive issue resolution, defect closure, and address technical challenges in real-time.

Serve as the main point of contact for liaising with external vendors and third-party systems.

Coordinate with all systems and stakeholders for progress updates and alignment.

4. Technical Business Analysis:

Work closely with users and business teams to understand project requirements.

Participate actively in testing and validate that solutions meet business and technical requirements.

Lead war rooms to manage and resolve defects and technical challenges, ensuring all issues are closed promptly.

Translate user requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

Ensure that all proposed solutions fulfill business requirements and close solution gaps.

5. Change Management & Communication:

Assist in developing and executing change management plans.

Communicate project updates, delivery schedules, and relevant information to all stakeholders.

Prepare documentation and training materials to support change management.

6. Operations Readiness & Delivery:

Ensure systems are fully prepared for deployment and operation.

Oversee final testing, readiness checks, and user training for a smooth launch.

Monitor post-deployment performance and provide support as needed.
