Role & responsibilities Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. ● Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. ● Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and sales processes to increase revenue. ● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, sellers, developers, and investors. ● Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies and identify sales opportunities. ● Team Development: Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to sales team members to enhance performance and product knowledge. ● Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, sales funnel, and other KPIs to senior management; provide regular updates on business performance. ● Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiations and facilitate contract signing, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met. ● Customer Service: Oversee client inquiries, resolve escalated issues, and ensure
