Title: Project Manager.

Exp 14+ years

Location Gurugram (WFO)-Hybrid

Shift Timing 1 PM to 10 PM

Mandatory Handled Technical Projects, Agile.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and within budget constraints.

2. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

3. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

4. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.

5. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements and ensure alignment.

6. Allocate resources effectively and manage project budgets.

7. Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.

8. Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and innovation.

9. Evaluate and optimize project processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

10.Experience of managing Infra projects
11.Cloud Based project experience

12. Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in a relevant field; PMP certification is a plus.

2. Proven experience in project management, demonstrating successful delivery of complex projects.

3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to analyze problems, make decisions, and implement solutions.

5. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

7. Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.

8. Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
