RPA Lead/ Architect

JD:

Provide deep technical knowledge and guidance on RPA technologies, including leading platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism Or any other.

Develop and maintain best practices for RPA development, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure automation solutions.

Solution Design and Implementation:

Oversee the creation of detailed solution designs, ensuring they meet scalability, reliability, and security standards.

Ensure that automation solutions are aligned with business requirements and deliver measurable value.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective RPA solutions.

Communicate technical concepts and project progress clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Process Improvement:

Evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Provide recommendations for process enhancements based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.

Training and Mentoring:

Mentor and train RPA development teams on best practices, tools, and methodologies.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Documentation and Reporting:

Develop comprehensive documentation for ideation frameworks, automation processes, and solution designs.

Track and report on the impact of automation initiatives, including ROI and business value delivered.
