Espire Infolabs - Compart Developer - Document Management System (5-7 yrs)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions, with a strong focus on document composition and post-processing systems.

You will be instrumental in troubleshooting software issues, ensuring that all solutions meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. This role requires proficiency in Compart for post-processing tasks and familiarity with various print formats, especially the conversion of PDFs to AFP.

Additionally, candidates with experience in JavaScript and API development will be given preference.

Responsibilities :

- Software Issue Detection & Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve software issues through effective debugging and testing processes.

- Document Composition Solutions : Create, manage, and maintain document composition solutions (post-processing) using Compart, ensuring seamless print and dispatch fulfillment.

- Code Development & Testing : Write clear, efficient, and maintainable code for software applications.

- Perform test reviews and quality assurance processes to ensure functionality and performance.

- API Development : Develop, implement, and test APIs that align with software requirements and enhance system integration.

- Print Format Conversion : Work with various print formats, including converting PDFs into AFP (Advanced Function Presentation).

- Collaboration & Input : Provide valuable input on software development projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications :

- Technical Expertise : Strong proficiency with Compart for post-processing, and a solid understanding of different print formats and conversion tools.

- Programming Languages : Proficiency in programming languages (such as Java, C#, Python, or similar), and experience with relational databases (SQL).

- Troubleshooting Skills : Excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities to identify and fix complex issues in software systems.

- Experience : At least 4+ years of development experience in a similar software development role.

- JavaScript Experience (Preferred) : Preference will be given to candidates with a background in JavaScript development, enabling versatility across different software projects.

- API Knowledge : Strong experience in developing and integrating APIs into software systems.
