Role & responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard key clients and target accounts within the assigned market.
• Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
• Sales Leadership: Lead the execution of sales strategies, ensuring successful deal closures and meeting revenue goals for your region
• Competitor Analysis: Keep track of market trends, competitive offerings, and industry benchmarks to maintain an edge in the market.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
• Customer Outreach: Conduct research to generate leads and identify potential customers within the e-commerce space.
• Communication Strategy: Engage with prospects via email and social media platforms to drive conversations and communicate how Eshopbox can optimize their operations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team, ensuring smooth execution of sales tactics and strategies.
• Sales Pipeline Development: Use tools like HubSpot, cold calling, and email outreach to generate new business opportunities.
• Lead Qualification: Assess the needs of prospects and offer appropriate solutions to convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Client Engagement: Build rapport with potential clients and schedule meetings to discuss business opportunities.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Chief Marketing Officer through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on your sales performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or e-commerce industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in networking and relationship building.
• Knowledge of social media engagement and experience in driving consumer engagement across various platforms.
