Strong communication, interpersonal, interviewing and human networking skills. 4. Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends. 5. Must have used Internet extensively for searching resumes on various job portals and social networking websites. 6. Even regular followups towards end client interviews conducted to help counterpart in USA. 7. Working on W2 /1099 /Corp to Corp /OPT /CPT, Salary Negotiation /role fitment /date of joining, Closure & HRIS Reporting. 8. Understand client vendor requirements.1. Work in Night Shifts 2. Maintaining HRIS Reports on weekly, monthly basis 3. Good Knowledge of the I.T. industry. 4. Leadership qualities 5. Go get attitude 6. Good communication Skills 7. Coordination with US team Educational Background B.Tech /BE /BCA /MCA Optional Qualification ERP certified recruiter from Oracle or SAP

Nothing that i found. But Just ok bcoz of my work location preference.
Dislikes
Just the Shahi-HR and Leads takes the decisions without enormous proof. They say its a Cmmi level 3 but its Jot even an CMMI level graded company.
