Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide metrics and reporting to support the finance function. Coordinate and support financial analytics and reporting functions, B1 &B2 Proficiency Must.
• Provide high-quality language support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in Portuguese language.
• Work on a night shifts (BPO).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Expert Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding Portuguese language.
• Strong communication skills with ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.
