About this opportunity:
Ericsson is seeking a motivated HR Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Delivery Specialist, you will effectively execute HR processes, perform analysis, and propose enhancements to our system. You will play a vital role in HR projects and manage relationships with our local vendors. You will have the opportunity to contribute to Ericssons forward-thinking culture and make a difference to our global team.
What you will do:
- Understand Employee Request by active comprehension and probing.
- Visualize process and product cycle to understand any gap or exception processing.
- Provide explanation and reasons for requests pending or that cannot be processed.
- Assisting Employees Globally in resolving requests and following up with other units.
- Manage and deliver ongoing projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure end users objectives are met.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to optimize operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on organizational restructuring and change management.
- Hands-on experience of Success Factor (SF) & HRMS.
- Strong operational knowledge HR processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve conflict.
- Experience with HR metrics and data analysis.
- Prior Experience with Organizational Management Specialist (OMS) will be extra advantage.
