Application Developer - RSA Acrher

Role Description:

This Role requires the candidate to develop, configure and maintain Archer application. Deliver development projects in time, provide timely and end to end resolution to incidents. Analyse requirements coming from Business for feasibility and work with requirement engineers to create user stories. Take ownership of assigned tasks.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Implements and executes module/component tests and provides technical documentation
• Executes development, Testing and maintenance of Application
• Supports the deployment and training of the application into production environment

Key Competencies & Skills required:

Technical Skills:

• Very good experience in RSA Archer implementation and customization
• Good knowledge of SQL Scripts
• Subject matter expertise in at least ICS or/and ISMS topics
• Experience In datafeeds creation and maintenance
• Expertise in Advanced workflow
• Good Knowledge of calculated fields
• Hands on experience in Mail merge method
• Dashboards, views and reporting
• Experience in Questionnaires
• Good to have Custom Object creation experience

Nice to have:

• ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence experience.

Previous Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science /engineering/information technology
• Candidate with non-computer science degree must have minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• MBA in IT / Insurance/Finance can also apply for Requirements Engineer and Test Engineer role.

Years Experience & Knowledge:

• 2 -4 years of RSA Archer Development.
• IT technical background & client server programming experience
