Programming PLCs: Develop, write, and debug PLC programs using ladder logic, structured text, and other programming languages.
Servo Motor Programming: Configure, program, and troubleshoot servo motors and drives for precise motion control in automated systems.
System Integration: Integrate PLCs with other devices such as HMIs, sensors, actuators, and servo motors to create fully functional automation systems.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues in PLC programs, servo motor control, and related hardware.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all programming work, including wiring diagrams, program flowcharts, and system configurations.
Testing & Validation: Conduct tests and simulations to validate the performance and reliability of PLC and servo motor systems.
Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing automation systems, including updating programs and performing routine checks.
Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team, electricians, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of automation projects.
Training: Provide training and support to other team members and operators on the use and maintenance of PLC-controlled systems.
Skills:
Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic, structured text).
Strong understanding of servo motors, drives, and motion control systems.
Familiarity with HMI programming and SCADA systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
