• Interpret drawings: Understand the intentions of the engineered drawings and create new drawings that are easy for the placer to read
• Create drawings: Create shop drawings, submittal drawings, and revisions to design drawings
• Review drawings: Ensure that drawings are accurate and comply with industry and company standards
• Release bar lists: Release bar lists that indicate the length, diameter, and bending requirements for reinforcing steel
• Communicate: Communicate with project managers and technical coordinators
• Maintain records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of job logs, phone records, change orders, and RFIs
• Demonstrate knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of codes and standards
• Have strong skills: Have strong organizational and time management skills, and be able to think and plan ahead
