Job Description
Location: Mumbai (Supporting African Business Unit Region)
Job Type : On site( 6 months with possibility of extension)
Category : All Categories(Home care, F B, Skin Care, Personal Care, Oral Care)
Job Description:
- Coordinate with geographies to gather inputs on current specifications
- Packaging re-designing (CFB, Cartons, Sachets etc.) for optimization
- Create Specifications and share with geographies for testing
- Create testing protocols
Manage Innovation Project from concept through commercialization and retail shelves
Work with internal customers to commercialize packaging designs and concepts
Represent packaging in cross functional team meetings to develop and implement new packaging and packaging changes to realize cost savings
Conduct line trials
Conduct lab testing
Develop packaging specifications
Candidate Requirements
BE/PG in Packaging from IIP/SIES.
2- 3 years minimum experience in Packaging RD for CPG, Food Beverage or related industries
Good communication skills both oral and written
