Job Description
- Responsible for the accounting of all leasing transactions in compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, including US GAAP, IFRS, company policies, and internal control standards
- Utilize Lucernex, a lease administration and accounting system, to set up and generate accounting entries
- Participate in the month-end close activities
- Flux Analysis of Lease Accounts
- Prepare journal entries and BS reconciliation
- Assist with audit
- Update quarterly lease disclosures and controls
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
- Special projects as required
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance functions
- Knowledge of US GAAP or local accounting standard
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work with limited supervision and within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced with Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Cloud, R12 or other ERP systems preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Self-starter and team player with a positive attitude
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Amenable to Hybrid Reporting Set-up
- Amenable to the 5 AM- 2 PM Schedule
