General Summary

Equabli are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing machine learning algorithms, working with Generative APIs, and developing structured data systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, Java, or Node.js, with a strong understanding of database systems (particularly Postgres), cloud services (AWS), and the ability to write efficient queries and optimize database operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms for various AI-driven applications, with a strong focus on Generative APIs.

- Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training for both structured and unstructured datasets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI and ML-driven applications that integrate seamlessly with backend systems.

- Develop and maintain APIs to support ML models, including deployment and real-time inference.

- Work with cloud services, particularly AWS/GCP, to deploy, scale, and monitor machine learning models.

- Utilize databases (Postgres) for storing and querying large datasets effectively.

- Write efficient SQL queries to interact with relational databases and optimize performance.

- Ensure high-quality and well-documented code in Python, Java, or Node.js.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML and cloud technologies, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the table.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to database performance, API integration, and machine learning model optimization.

Must Have :

- Machine Learning : Development knowledge of machine learning algorithms, model training, testing, and deployment processes.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly in debugging complex AI/ML systems.

- Generative APIs : Experience in developing and integrating generative APIs into applications (e.g., GPT, DALLE).

- Deep Learning Framework : Experience with at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is required.

- AI Search : Must have experiences in Vector DB , using RAG to fetch external data.

- Cloud AI Tools : Experience with tools like AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, etc., for building and deploying AI/ML solutions.

- Database Systems : Strong experience working with relational databases like Postgres; ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.

- Programming Languages : Strong proficiency in One of Python, Java, or Node.js for building AI/ML applications.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Proficiency with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, and RDS.

- Experience with version control systems like Git for collaborative development.

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to work in fast-paced, iterative development environments.
