Overview Senior Associate Cloud & DevOps - Job Description Job Description At Publicis Groupe, cloud computing is the cornerstone of our IT transformation journey, enabling us to modernize infrastructure, automate workloads, and drive next-generation innovation. We are seeking a Senior Associate Cloud & DevOps with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in cloud-based technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and advanced cloud infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure, or AWS, or GCP, coupled with a strong DevOps foundation and a commitment to improving processes and infrastructure. Responsibilities Design, implement, and support scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure solutions. Deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads across different environments. Develop and maintain robust, reusable IaC templates using Terraform or similar tools. Collaborate with development teams to select, integrate, and optimize CI/CD tools and workflows. Interpret architecture documentation and translate it into actionable cloud environments. Implement automation practices to streamline deployment and operational processes. Define and refine processes for development, testing, release, updates, and support within the DevOps lifecycle. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to: CI/CD pipelines and deployment errors. Kubernetes implementations and operations. IaC scripts and automation workflows. Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence. Mentor and guide junior team members in DevOps best practices and technologies. Qualifications Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills. 5+ years of experience implementing and managing cloud solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP. Expertise on any one cloud platform is mandatory. Advanced expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), especially with Terraform. Strong experience with Kubernetes (e.g., AKS, EKS, GKE) and container orchestration.
