The production manager will be responsible for the end-to-end production process to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:.

100% compliance to Epiroc Sustainability norms and legal compliance.
Responsible for RGU division production and planning performance in terms of efficiency, quality, on time delivery and continuous improvements LEAN initiatives.
Coordination with Lead PC for effective Knowledge Transfer and Implementation.
Lead high performing team of Production, Assembly, Product testing, Planning, Procurement team.
Closely interact with Marketing teams for Forecast inputs, based on which Develop production capacities, material planning & procurement, production plans to ensure committed delivery as per MO.
Close coordination with product audits team and Logistics team for moving out shipments.
Implement strategies to optimize production quality, output, costs and safety.
Lead with examples production team members and provide coaching and feedback.
Set KPI and Analyze production data for plan and actual and identify areas for process improvements.
Liaise with maintenance teams to ensure equipments are calibrated and safe.
Ensure the Processes Implementation as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, 45001:2018 Systems.
Focus on PK reductions through i e productivity improvements, process improvements.
Ensure strict adherence to Business Code of Practice.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:.
Qualification and Experience: Diploma/B.

Tech Mechanical Engineering with 10 to 15 years of experience in Production in Engineering Industry, proficient in people management.
Knowledge:.
Hands on with different Production Techniques & Technologies.
Basic knowledge of Metallurgy.
Basic knowledge of different grades of raw material.
Proven analytical ability.
Knowledge of Infor M3.
Technical Skills:.
In-depth knowledge of Safety practices, manufacturing processes, assembly technologies and quality control methods.
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and optimization techniques, strive for Lean and continuous improvements.
Ability to analyze production data, find root causes and implement solutions.
Experience with ERP (prefer in Infor M3), MRP and production planning software and systems.
Management Skills:.
Strong communication skills including verbal, written, presentation and active listening, and group facilitation.
Excellent planning & organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Ability to successfully collaborate across different teams and stakeholders.
