Territory Sales Manager - VAS

Responsibilities :

• Drive in the respective Cluster, revenue from Vahaks Value Added Services (Cargo Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, Lending, GPS etc.)
• Achieve growth and hit weekly and monthly Sales targets by successfully managing the Territory Sales Officers - VAS
• Arrive at and execute growth strategies including partnerships, events etc.
• Play an integral role in new business pitches and in effective on-boarding of new clients
• Ensure adherence to Sales process and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads through various Business Development activities
• Work cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders for product enhancements, solution development, process improvements, brand visibility, marketing strategies and User satisfaction
• Retain and deepen relationship with senior personnel in key Users
• Recruit, support, coach and develop the Territory Sales Officers - VAS, for improving performance and competencies

The ideal candidate will have :

• 4+ years of Sales experience, with 2+ years of experience in managing a Field Sales team
• Candidates with on-field experience in selling financial services (Cargo Insurance, Heavy Vehicle Insurance, Working Capital Loans) or GPS is mandatory
• Outstanding sales success record in the past
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
• Strong Analytical mindset is a must
• Superior communication, presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences would be required
