Lead Software Engineer - Java with No SQL

We are seeking a Lead Java Software Engineer with expertise in Java, Restful Webservices, Spring Boot, NoSQL to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading development projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

Experience - 8 to 12 Years

Work Location - Bangalore

Work mode - 5 Days WFO

Technologies:

Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot, REST API, Postgres/Oracle, Java, J2EE, Spring, RESTful Services, Gradle/Maven, CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the development team in the design and implementation of Java-based software solutions
• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient application using Java and Spring Boot
• Drive end-to-end development projects from initial concept to deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and integrate solutions
• Ensure adherence to enterprise design patterns and best practices
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues and optimize system performance
• Proactively learn and implement new technologies and frameworks
• Communicate effectively with global teams to facilitate project progress

Requirements:

Java Developer Lead with below experience.

• Experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, RESTful Services, Gradle/Maven etc
• Strong Analytical skills for technical and functional analysis & design
• Background in delivering end-to-end development projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and debugging capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of enterprise design patterns
• Capability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
• Confidence and resourcefulness when facing challenges
• Good communication skills & a team player to work in a Global team
• Solid experience in any relational database with SQL, and/or MongoDB
• Be able to write awesome unit and integration test cases to make your software bullet-proof. Experience with test-driven development (e.g. jUnit, Mockito, Cucumber)
