Senior Software Engineer - TIBCO

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with a specialization in TIBCO to join our dynamic team.

This role involves developing and maintaining integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE) or TIBCO BW6 and Kafka. The ideal candidate will lead efforts in clarifying requirements, developing according to templates, and ensuring the successful deployment and support of applications across various environments.

• Clarify requirements with both internal and external teams to ensure alignment and accuracy
• Utilize provided templates to develop integration solutions in TIBCO
• Reuse existing Jenkins activities to create new continuous integration (CI) jobs
• Deploy applications across multiple environments, including production
• Coordinate with different teams to secure necessary resources such as topics, accesses, certificates, and endpoints
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business needs
• Investigate and resolve any issues that arise during the development, deployment, or maintenance phases
• Prepare thorough technical documentation, including specifications and deployment plans
• Engage in frequent direct communications with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
• Support ongoing maintenance and updates to integration solutions as required

• 5-8 years of strong understanding of integration platforms and patterns
• Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE) or TIBCO BW6
• Knowledge of Kafka
• Skills in developing and deploying applications using Jenkins
• Background in working with different integration platforms and design patterns
• Excellent communication skills and experience in customer interactions
• Flexibility to work collaboratively with multiple teams and manage dependencies effectively

• Experience in coordinating multi-team environments to secure necessary IT resources
• Capability to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Understanding of continuous integration processes and tools
