We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior OTM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Oracle SCM Transportation Management. You will develop solutions to address these needs while working in an on-call support model with a shifted working time aligned with the UK Shift.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design of business processes, application configuration, development, and bug fixing for all OTM modules and BI/FTI report development based on industry best practices
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle SCM Transportation Management applications to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Oracle SCM Transportation Management applications
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle SCM Transportation Management applications
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle SCM Transportation Management and related technologies

Requirements

• 6+ years of OTM & GTM experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of engineers
• Should have worked on a minimum of two cloud projects as a Techno-Functional Consultant
• Strong experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management
• Ability to contribute in a functional and technical capacity to OTM projects
• Hands-on experience in all OTM modules (Order Management, Shipment Management, Contracts and Rates Management, Agent and Workflows, User Configuration, Integrations, Operational Planning, Financials, Reports, and Master Data) is a must
• Knowledge of Sourcing, LNM, Fleet, etc
• Knowledge of GTM - Knowledge of any ERP - Good communication skills to work independently with customers
• Experience working on ticketing tools and support processes
• Managing multiple customer deliveries
• Very good analytical and debugging skills

Nice to have

• Experience in related technologies such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Transportation Management Cloud, and Oracle Logistics Cloud
• Strong understanding of transportation management processes and best practices
• Experience in designing and developing custom solutions using Oracle SCM Transportation Management
• Experience in integrating Oracle SCM Transportation Management with other systems
• Solid grasp of Oracle SCM Transportation Management configuration and administration
