Lead Business Analyst - SiteCore

As a Lead Business Analyst , you will work closely with our strategists, UX teams, creative designers, technology developers, project managers, and quality analysts to ensure efficient and successful implementation of digital experience programs for our clients.

This role is a critical liaison between the business and technology function, articulating the needs of the business while taking a systemic view of technology enablement, connecting the dots by understanding, articulating, and documenting the why (business requirements) to the what (functional requirement) and the how (technical requirements). Agnostic of technology platform or business function, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in championing the goals of the business, evaluating, and identifying possible solutions, defining requirements that meet business needs, and collaborating to gain alignment with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes for our clients.
