Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in the Sitecore CMS design and build for our new strategic digital partnership.

The ideal candidate will be part of both the Squad and BAU teams, actively gathering and prioritizing requirements to enhance our customer journey program.

Responsibilities

Collaborate across one Squad and one BAU team to effectively capture and prioritize requirements
Lead the Sitecore CMS design and build processes
Conduct requirements gathering and refinement to align with project goals
Facilitate discovery workshops to explore new possibilities
Engage in stakeholder meetings to ensure clarity and alignment across the project
Validate and clarify new ideas and initiatives contributing to the project s success
Work closely with the client to ensure effective communication and project satisfaction

Requirements

4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Proficiency in Sitecore 9.3, with knowledge of the upcoming upgrade to Sitecore 10
Skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Competency in conducting discovery workshops and stakeholder meetings
Background in requirements gathering and refining
Understanding of agile frameworks as a delivery methodology
Familiarity with working and communicating directly with clients

Nice to have

Experience in data analytics
Background in digital marketing solutions
Proficiency in other CMS technologies
