Job Description
- Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and customization to meet client specifications
- Configure various Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules such as Leads, Opportunities, and Quotes
- Define and execute data migration strategies from the existing system to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other enterprise systems
- Provide technical leadership and support to junior team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct extensive testing and quality assurance to ensure system reliability and performance
- Tackle any arising technical issues in collaboration with team members and external partners
- 5-8 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and customization
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules
- Background in the high technology industry with an understanding of industry processes and best practices
- Experience with data migration and system integration involving Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
- Ability to guide and support junior team members
