Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all downstream processing activities, including purification and concentration of
products.
• Develop, optimize, and validate purification protocols to ensure efficiency and
effectiveness.
• Guarantee the quality and consistency of the final products, adhering to industry
standards and regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive and detailed records of all processes, protocols, and results for
quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale operations in a relevant field.
• Independent and proactive, with a strong ability to initiate and drive improvements.
• Process-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and capable of anticipating needs and proposing
solutions.
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in large-scale enzyme manufacturing, specifically
involving recombinant DNA technology.

Qualifications:
- Master of Science (MSc) in Biotechnology from top-tier universities.
