Job Description

Designation : Jr. Product Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research to identify user needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights that inform product strategies and decision-making
• Collaborate with the design team to provide feedback on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design elements
• Ensure designs align with user needs and product goals
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate product functionality after every release
• Identify bugs and areas for improvement, ensuring the product is functioning as intended before launch
• Create detailed product documentation and user guides
• Develop use cases to clarify product functionalities and support development teams
• Support the marketing team by creating product-related content for campaigns, presentations, and other promotional activities
• Collaborate with marketing team to ensure content is aligned with the products value propositions

Required Skills

• High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making ability
• Ability to conduct thorough research, analyze data, and provide insights
• Familiarity with providing feedback on UI and UX design, experience with Figma is a must
• Strong writing skills for documenting product features, use cases, and creating marketing content. Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools is preferred
• Exposure to data tracking and analysis tools. Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Knowledge about Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) is preferred
• Self-driven and enthusiastic about technology, with a keen willingness to embrace and learn new technologies
• Capable of working independently without constant supervision
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, coupled with a collaborative attitude towards teamwork
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to the requirements of various technologies as per project needs

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or any equivalent qualification in a related discipline
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma (for design feedback and collaboration), Sketch, mock flow, Confluence (for documentation), Microsoft Suite, data tracking and analysis tools
• The candidate must be ready to work in any shift and employment service agreement of 2.5 years
