Job Description

Job Title: Branding & Communication Manager

Location: Saltlake, Sector V.

Job Type: Full-Time


Job Summary:

The Branding & Communication Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that build, enhance, and manage the organizations brand and communication efforts. This role involves overseeing brand positioning, managing internal and external communication channels, and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials. The Branding & Communication Manager works cross-functionally with various teams to deliver cohesive messaging and strengthen the companys presence in the marketplace.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management & Development:
  1. Develop and execute brand strategies to position the organization effectively in the market.
  2. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, print, events, and corporate communications.
  3. Maintain and update brand guidelines, ensuring adherence to branding elements like logo usage, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  4. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure that brand messaging aligns with product positioning and customer experience.
  • Communication Strategy:
  1. Develop and manage an integrated communication plan that encompasses internal and external communication efforts.
  2. Craft clear, compelling messaging for all communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, social media, and corporate materials.
  3. Manage and coordinate public relations activities to enhance the companys image and reputation.
  4. Lead content creation for blogs, articles, presentations, and other public-facing materials that align with the companys messaging and strategic goals.
  • Public Relations & Media Relations:
  1. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to drive positive coverage of the organization.
  2. Manage media inquiries, press conferences, and interviews, ensuring that the company's message is effectively communicated.
  3. Write and distribute press releases, monitor press coverage, and identify opportunities to enhance media visibility.
  4. Develop crisis communication plans and manage responses to media or public relations issues that could impact the companys reputation.
  • Digital & Social Media Communication:
  1. Manage social media strategy, ensuring the brands voice is consistent and aligned with company values and goals.
  2. Oversee the creation of digital content, such as social media posts, infographics, and videos, that resonates with target audiences.
  3. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and communication campaigns, using data to inform and adjust strategies.
  4. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate brand messaging into paid and organic digital campaigns.
  • Event & Sponsorship Communications:
  1. Manage communication strategies for events, sponsorships, and partnerships, ensuring that they align with the companys brand positioning.
  2. Develop event-related content and collateral (e.g., brochures, banners, presentations) that accurately represent the brand.
  3. Ensure effective communication and messaging at all events, trade shows, or corporate engagements.
  • Internal Communications:
  1. Develop internal communication initiatives to ensure that employees are well-informed about company updates, goals, and brand vision.
  2. Coordinate internal newsletters, town halls, and other forms of employee communication.
  3. Ensure that internal messaging aligns with the organizations external communication and branding efforts.
  • Campaign Management & Brand Performance:
  1. Lead and execute brand campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring all content aligns with the brands identity and values.
  2. Track and measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns using key metrics such as brand awareness, engagement, and customer perception.
  3. Use data and insights to continually refine and optimize brand communication strategies.
  • Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination:
  1. Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure that brand messaging is integrated across all areas.
  2. Liaise with creative teams, designers, and external agencies to produce high-quality branded content.
  3. Ensure alignment between branding, product launches, and marketing campaigns to deliver a consistent and impactful message.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
  1. Minimum 4 years of experience in brand management, communications, or marketing, with a proven track record of managing branding and communication initiatives.
  2. Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing communications, and digital media.
  3. Experience managing public relations, media relations, and crisis communications.
  4. Demonstrated experience in managing social media channels and digital content creation.
  5. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with attention to detail in both tone and presentation.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop unique and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics related to brand performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Crisis Management: Capable of managing sensitive or negative situations effectively, preserving the company’s reputation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with creative agencies and managing design projects.
  • Knowledge of brand tracking tools, social listening platforms, and analytics software.
  • Experience in managing large-scale campaigns, including digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, and social media scheduling tools.
