About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Operations on a contractual basis to oversee and manage health-related field operations in Agra, India. This role involves working in diverse environments, coordinating with teams, and ensuring the efficient delivery of health services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, and fieldwork, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate and implement health service activities in assigned field locations.
• ⁠ ⁠Monitor and manage day-to-day field operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• ⁠ ⁠Collect and analyze data related to health service delivery and field operations.
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare and submit regular progress and impact reports to management.

Qualifications

• ⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 year of experience in field operations, healthcare delivery, or public health programs.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of Indias healthcare system and field operations.
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in data collection and reporting tools.
