CTC Up to 36 Lacs p.a. max + ESOPs
Work Experience - 8/10 years handling a Senior Management Profile
Qualifications - Chartered Accountant/MBA - Finance - Preferred
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- We are a fast-growing Indian brand in the health and nutrition space, We have made significant progress in our growth journey. Founded in 2016 with a vision to make nature-based healing accessible to a large customer base, we aim for an aggressive growth plan to achieve multi-fold revenue growth in the coming years.
- We are looking for a Business Head to drive the P&L and revenue for this business emerging out of all channels (traditional retail, channel sales and E-commerce/modern trade) and lead the organization in its growth endeavor, in conjunction with the Director & CEO. The incumbent will also be responsible for driving the business of the organization across functions and also represent the organization in external forums to build a brand presence.
- End to end strategy for the business.
- Drive Growth and Profitability of business.
- Aggressive distribution plan with new channels.
- Constant Innovation in product development
- Prepare annual sales strategy and translate plans into financials/ bottom-line impact through effective sales & marketing of Nutraceuticals products.
- Developing Business Distribution Channel: Assessing and appointing potential SS, DB & retail outlet PAN India to run nutrition business on advance payment model etc.
- Product Pricing: Design robust pricing, distribution channel margin structure for various business portals.
- Marketing and Branding: Plan and implement various market strategies such as brand promotional Inputs & activities, conferences. Developing various business strategies for E- Commerce platforms and websites. Control and coordinate innovative ATL, BTL, TTL business activities along with Digital marketing & new business development.
- Product development: handling complete cycle of potential nutraceutical products i.e. product conceptualizing to commercialization of product Deliver & monitor End to end i.e. from product concept, commercialization (i.e. formula, formulation, sensory, packing, designing, marketing, improvement etc.)
- Product Distribution: Seamless coordination with internal stakeholders for stocking and distribution.
- People management: Play a critical role in engagement of sales force, training, development, supervision & goal setting & performance evaluation of sales force and aligning team with the company's goals & work closely with the Human Resources/Talent management division for business manpower requirements.
