Job Summary
Enrich Money is seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead our sales & marketing team (stock market) team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing in the stock market domain, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, while driving business and revenue growth. This role involves overseeing the branch's sales operations, developing and executing marketing strategies, and ensuring the branch meets its sales targets and growth objectives.

Role & responsibilities (KRA)

• Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consistent achievement of sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand visibility within the region.
• Oversee the branch client acquisition process, focusing on building a robust client base through effective sales tactics and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring effective collaboration and fostering a culture of high performance.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and training to enhance skills and productivity.
• Ensure that the branch meets its revenue and business development goals, while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Organize and implement promotional campaigns, events, and seminars to increase brand awareness and client engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 8 years of exclusive experience in the stock market domain especially in the sales & marketing, with at least 3 to 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role/TL role.
• Strong expertise in stock markets, trading platforms, and financial products.
• Problem-solving mindset with a strategic approach to achieving branch and organizational targets and Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools.
• Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.
