Job Description

Job Overview:.

We are looking for a talented and proactive Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

You will play a key role in creating and curating digital experiences, driving engagement, and contributing to growth for our clients.

The ideal candidate shall thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and client expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the face of the agency by managing day-to-day client interactions and maintaining strong, positive relationships.

Act as the go-to contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly through email, phone, and in-person meetings.

Project Coordination & Management: Manage and oversee daily activities and tasks for multiple clients, ensuring the timely completion of deliverables.

Monitor and maintain project workflows, deadlines, and results across various teams including Creative, Data Analytics, Tech, and Operations.

Client Onboarding & Reporting: Create a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring that their needs are well understood and effectively communicated to the internal teams.

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and provide clients with regular updates through weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports.

Content Strategy & Social Media Management: Work closely with content and design teams to create and curate relevant content as per client requirements.

Oversee the management and optimization of clientssocial media handles and contribute to content ideas and strategies that align with both the clients and companys objectives.

Campaign Execution & Performance Monitoring: Keep track of digital marketing strategies and ensure that campaigns are aligned with client goals.

Continuously monitor the performance of ongoing campaigns and optimize as needed to achieve the desired outcomes.

Client Growth & Upselling: Be proactive in identifying opportunities for account growth, including upselling additional services to clients.

Collaborate with the team to deliver value-driven solutions that support both the client's needs and the agency's growth.

Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of all client projects.

Mentor and coach team members to improve their performance and meet departmental goals, ensuring high-quality work output.

Industry Knowledge & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry developments, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices.

Implement improvements in processes and adapt new trends to enhance overall client success.

Internal & External Communication: Maintain seamless communication channels between clients and internal teams.

Ensure that all parties are aligned on expectations, goals, and progress, and make sure that processes are consistently followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Additional Responsibilities:.

Content Creation & Curation: Create and curate relevant and engaging content that resonates with the client's target audience.

Competitor Research & Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis as needed to refine strategies and keep clients ahead of the competition.

Social Media Optimization: Manage and optimize the social media presence of both the clients and the company, keeping up to date with the latest trends.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative and production teams to develop ideas that meet client objectives and drive results.

Qualifications:.

1-2 years of experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency.

Proven experience in managing client accounts and delivering successful digital campaigns.

Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and content management.

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in campaign monitoring and optimization.

Knowledge of content creation and design tools is a plus.
