- You will work closely with cross functional teams, including data science, engineering, design and commercial teams to deliver cutting-edge products at scale, that drive significant customer value for a global clientele and drive business growth.

- Have excellent business acumen, customer obsession, data obsession and a critical ability to connect the dots, to define the overall strategy, goals and roadmap to drive outcomes at exponential scale.

Responsibilities:

- Drive Product Strategy: Work directly with Senior Leadership to define and articulate the product vision, value and strategy. Develop and refine product roadmaps that align with the company's long-term vision.

- Be the P&L Owner: Have excellent business judgement, be data and ROI obsessed, own long-term growth to drive significant P&L growth.

- Own Product Data and Design- Incorporate design thinking and read insights from data to inform product design.

- Be the Product Solutioning Expert: Partner with UX research, design, data science, engineering & operations teams to deeply understand customer needs and business, to build user-centric products with a high bar on quality and that caters to global customers.

- Own Product Value and Product led Growth: Collaborate with sales, operations, product marketing and customer success teams to define the GTM strategy and drive world class execution. Establish product value to be a no brainer for B2B customers.

- Be the Growth Champion: Drive cross-functional initiatives, working with engineering, UX, marketing, customer success, sales, and customer groups to solve complex challenges, deliver market-leading solutions and drive growth.

- Be the Product Evangelist: Engage in customer discovery to unlock more value and read market evolution that ensure the product evolves to meet new customer needs and market trends. Be fearless and drive Product thought process across the organization.

What do we look for at Ennoventure?

- 7 to 8 years' experience in Product Management in SaaS or fast-growth environment, overall, 10-12 years of experience

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive clarity through data driven insights, connecting dots and has strong communication.

- A learner who can quickly get up to speed in a highly outcome driven environment, is business focused and comfortable with owning P&L growth

- Has owned and delivered successful product outcomes from opportunity identification to launch

- Has strong product sense to be extremely analytical to identify the right problem to solve, to thing big and long-term, has clear judgement and points of view that are logical and informed by data

- Has a well-rounded product solutioning skill set that is human centered, business focused, and technology driven

- Interested in building lasting relationships with peers along with a strong ability to motivate and inspire people to do their best work
