As a key member of the Finance & Accounts team, you'll drive financial excellence, ensure compliance, and support strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounts: Payables, receivables, reconciliations, payroll, tax compliance, and treasury.

- Lead payment gateway reconciliations, accounting controls, and balance checks.

- Establish financial policies, internal controls, and compliance procedures.

- Oversee cash flow management, budget forecasting, and financial planning.

- Prepare monthly management accounts, investor reporting packages, and audited financial statements.

- Maintain an investor-ready data room for due diligence.

- Research changes in accounting frameworks and assess business impact.

- Handle taxation matters, including TDS, GST, and Income Tax compliance.

- Ensure corporate records are up-to-date and compliant.

Who You Are:

- Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years of experience, preferably in fintech or with a Big 4 consulting firm.

- Strong understanding of financial trends and accounting frameworks.

- Proficiency in Tally 9 ERP.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
