English Teacher

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the English language, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to engage and inspire students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to students of [grade level(s)/age group].
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and other evaluation methods.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians regarding academic performance.
• Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.
• Encourage students to develop critical thinking, analytical, and creative writing skills.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities such as debates, literary clubs, and writing workshops.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
• Participate in professional development activities and collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Teaching certification or licensure in [state/country].
• Proven experience as an English Teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
• Proficiency in using educational technology tools and platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or to non-native speakers.
• Creative approaches to teaching literature, writing, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CBSE Curricuum
