Job Description
- Acquire new project leads and opportunities aligned to the sourcing strategies of our customers.
- Screen and qualify project proposals from project developers/ implementation partners and their eligibility for our requirement.
- Coordinate social and environmental baseline survey, field implementation and temporary surveyor/data collectors arrangement.
- Coordinate the monitoring and reporting of the project activities.
- Coordinate capacity building and training programs for various relevant stakeholders.
- Be the POC and maintain good relationship with the team members, project partners, clients, validation and verification bodies, and other counterparts.
- Design, organize and conduct site visits and travel to project locations whenever needed.
- Coordinate collection and compilation of data from farmers and various stakeholders and project locations.
- Prepare and report on progress of ongoing activities and share with the overseeing team.
- He or she will also provide practical technical support to the local implementation partners for quality implementation of the program/project activities.
- To mobilize the necessary workforce to ensure that all project results are achieved at high quality.
- Taking leadership in follow-ups and updates on latest developments and changes in various carbon credit standards pertaining to NbS.
- Develop technical acumen in association with project execution team in order to assess existing and upcoming NbS related businesses.
