JOB DESCRIPTION

Leads Standards team from IdeaForge for certification of UAVs.

Derives strategy for Standards/Norms and Guidelines for UAVs.

Drives best practices for creating documentations for certification of UAVs and golden samples of documents.

Deep Customer Understanding and collaborate with agencies like DFI, BIS, QCI and DGCA.

Maintain detailed documentation of Standards, Guidelines, Test Certificates etc to facilitate overall certification processes with government agencies.

Works closely with cross-functional teams, including Product management, Product marketing, Quality management, software engineers, Electronics Engineers, Hardware engineers, Project managers, Sales, Business Development, Marketing to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to drone systems to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

SKILLS:

Bachelor or Master s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical engineering, or a related field.

Understanding of Test standards and protocols like JSS, MIL, JSG, IS, AS etc.

Experience with Homologation/Type Certification/Product Compliance etc.

Knowledge of drone regulations and safety standards.
