Job Title: Engineering Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize engineering drafting tools to create and review detailed engineering
drawings and plans.
• Interpret and analyze highway design and construction plans to ensure compliance
with regulations and standards.
• Review and prepare easement deeds, right-of-way documents, and other relevant legal
and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide technical guidance and support on
engineering aspects.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project progress and address any
issues.
• Ensure all engineering work adheres to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address project-related queries
and concerns.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in engineering.
• Proficiency in engineering software and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, Civil
3D, Carlson, Revit or similar.
• Strong understanding of easement deeds, right-of-way, and easement documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
