Sr. Engagement Associate- Technology and Education

As a Sr. Engagement Associate in the Technology & Education sector, you will play a critical role in advancing CSRBOX s mission by supporting educational and technology-driven projects. Your primary focus will be on implementing and managing engagement initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of impactful programs in various cities.

Project Management and Execution

• Lead the on-ground implementation of technology and education projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Conduct field visits, stakeholder meetings, and workshops to understand and address local needs.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with project partners, including schools, NGOs, government agencies, and corporate partners.
• Coordinate with educational institutions to promote program adoption, arrange capacity-building workshops, and ensure ongoing engagement.

Training and Facilitation

• Design and deliver training sessions and workshops for students, teachers, and educational administrators on various technology tools and educational modules.
• Facilitate capacity-building workshops and support schools in integrating technology in their curriculum.

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare comprehensive reports, case studies, and data summaries to capture project impact, progress, and outcomes.
• Maintain organized documentation and regular updates on project progress for internal and external reporting.

Monitoring and Evaluation

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure program effectiveness through regular evaluations.
• Identify areas of improvement, generate insights, and recommend actionable solutions to optimize project outcomes.

Collaboration

• Work closely with CSRBOX s internal team to design and scale education and technology initiatives.
• Support the development of new program strategies and identify potential areas for partnership expansion.

Extensive Traveling as per project need

1. Education : B.Tech in Electronics & Communication/Computer Science, MCA, or related IT field.
2. Experience : 6 months to 3 years of experience in education, technology, or project management.

Skills :

1. Strong facilitation and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in report writing, documentation, and data analysis.
3. Familiarity with technology integration in educational settings.
4. Willingness to travel for fieldwork and program implementation.
5. Proficiency in English and any local language would be an advantage
