Administrative Assistant, Legal & General Counselling
About the role
Engage2Excel is actively looking for an Administrative Assistant, Legal & General to join our Bangalore office. You will play a vital role in supporting the General Counsel, VP Legal Affairs by managing administrative tasks and facilitating efficient workflow. This role is responsible for helping in managing contracts, organizing and maintaining documents, assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, legal documents, and participate in the administration of special projects. You will also collaborate with other members of the F&A and Leadership team by providing administrative assistance as required. The right candidate will be working remotely Night-Shift to support the Team in USA & CANADA.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the General Counsel for the overall operational efficiency and support optimal departmental functioning.
Document Management and Filing: Support a comprehensive administration of legal documentation for E2E Group including contractual agreements and proposals. This includes organizing and overseeing contract files by tracking document, revisions, maintaining accurate records, and archiving all relevant documentation within the SharePoint platform, to guarantee accessibility and up-to-date information.
Contract Support: Assist with the preparation, review, and processing of contracts, including standard agreements, amendments, and renewals. Manage the contract lifecycle by tracking deadlines, renewals, and terminations.
Compliance Support : Help ensure compliance with filing deadlines and regulatory matters. Ensure that the control and storage of documents complies with organization-specific standards.
Legal Document Preparation: Assist with the drafting and formatting of legal documents, reports, presentations, and summaries as needed.
General Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to F&A and Leadership teams, including managing calendars, handling correspondence, and responding to inquiries.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of Two(2) years as an administrative assistant or any related experience & prior experience in contract management and legal drafting is considered an asset.
An excellent English oral and written communication Skills
Advanced MS Office skills, including the ability to create, manage, and analyze spreadsheets for various business and legal purposes
Knowledge of in-house contract management platform on SharePoint
