Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure timely payroll processing.
3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
4. Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
5. Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
7. Support training and development programs for employees.
